It appears that the name Pete thought of for me...Seams to be...is taken! We were going to still use it and maybe throw a period here and there but the girl's name is Lyndsay! Spelt the same way and everything! Woops. It would be too creepy and I would feel like a thief. Not only was Seams to be taken but Sew it goes, And sew it goes, and Seams to me were also taken. My wonderful cousin Lauren Dixon gave me the idea of "Dapper Trims". I love it.
neat; trim; smart: He looked very dapper in his new suit.
lively and brisk: to walk with a dapper step.
small and active.
Yes indeed. This will work.

Something that always seemed peculiar to me about people in my town is that they usually rent beach houses. Mind you my town is about 5 minutes from the beach. We live right next to Sandy Hook which is quite beautiful. You even get a view of NYC! But ever since I was a baby my parents have been renting beach houses in a town about an hour south of us called Long Beach Island. Recently they like renting in September because it's less crowded, not as hot, and cheaper! Unfortunately the sun hasn't been out very much so I have time to blog and watch Titanic. Here are a few shots from LBI.

For the next few days I thought I'd just post some pictures of the head bands that are for sale this season. The "shop" button will bring you to my etsy and you can purchase a variety of my items off of there. I really appreciate the support! Having a new mini business isn't easy but it's so much fun! Ps...Seams to be it is!

I've been trying to think of names for my "line" of items and I'm sew torn(thanks ash). Pete has been sending me a few here and there and other friends have been contributing and helping me because I really suck at this! I am pretty much stuck between "And sew it goes...", and "Seams to be..." Which do you guys like better? Anyone who's reading this please let me know which you like better! The name of my line depends on you! Fanks!

I'm really hoping to make an awesome plaid dress soon. Alot of my designs aren't for the fall/winter and I'd like to get something out there that is! These are some inspirations that I've been looking at. I've even been thinking a ruffled neck?! We'll see! Stay tuned!
